An Eggcellent Proposal by Misty Baker

Book reviews are subjective. I tend to rate books not according to how “perfect” they are, seem to be, or are said to be in general but rather to how perfect they are to me.

Christmas in July is acceptable, so, hey, why not Easter in August? (Or whichever month it may happen to be when you read this review.)

To my surprise, this short and sweet story got a giggle out of me. Misty Baker certainly got the Easter morning congregation right, and that preacher Toby sure knew how to make the best of a ridiculous situation. If you’ve got a minute for a quick, comedic pick-me-up, do use that minute to read An Eggcellent Proposal.
